Job Descriptions

The Retail Manager manages one The Cellular Store. You will supervise and drive excellence. You will interact with headquarters in Spartanburg, SC and you will insure the highest professional standards. Our goal is to serve the wireless customer with an industry leading customer experience and you will be the primary instrument to drive towards that goal. You will train, develop and assess people consistently.

The Retail Consultant will be responsible for servicing, working with, and selling wireless products and services to customers. You will be trained on Verizon services and cellular products and expected to match the proper equipment and services to the customer’s needs. You will assist the store manager to insure the store has the most professional environment and image in the industry.

Qualifications

• You must be 18 years or older and be willing and able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• College is a plus and a bachelor's degree and computer proficiency is preferred.
• Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are always desirable.
